Poll description

As the OpenDaylight community grows, a single time for the Technical Steering Committee (TSC) call may be inconvenient. In particular, the 10a pacific time is onerous for our participants in Asia (10:30p India, 1a China, 1a Taiwan, 2a Tokyo). Because of that, the TSC is considering having one meeting a month at an APAC-friendly time as well as other options.

Note that:

  1. this would not be a repeat of other content, but a full meeting,
  2. it would continue to cover the same topics as a normal TSC call, which are typically only of interest to project leads and TSC members,
  3. as it stands we produce detailed notes, which are e-mailed out each week.

Result

1. We should hold one TSC per month at an APAC-friendly time  (Condorcet winner: wins contests with all other choices)
2. We should hold TSC calls at APAC-friendly times upon request  loses to We should hold one TSC per month at an APAC-friendly time by 15–11
3. The TSC call at 10a pacific works fine for its topics and goals  loses to We should hold one TSC per month at an APAC-friendly time by 18–9, loses to We should hold TSC calls at APAC-friendly times upon request by 18–9

For simplicity, some details of the poll result are not shown.
