You may recruit one Champion for your faction in this poll. You may select either a Secondary or a Tertiary Champion, but if you select a Tertiary, you will also use your next pickup. We have scheduled about three pickups per month.
Rank order your preferences as you like, taking into account the higher cost of Tertiary Champions.
Recruiting a Champion may have effects on the direction your faction goes. This is especially true with Tertiary Champions, who often make policy demands in exchange for their allegiance.

Note: It is strongly recommended that factions recruit a Secondary Champion this round, as there are only three pickups left in the arc, and the final pickup is unrestricted. In other words, if a faction recruits a Tertiary now, it can only recruit one more Champion in the final pickup. The choices, then, are Secondary-Tertiary-Secondary versus Tertiary-None-Secondary.
Note on Riven and Singed. Riven and Singed have a nasty history together, and are mutually exclusive as recruitment options. Selecting Riven would signal a return to traditional Noxian virtues of strength with honor, while selecting Singed would tilt Noxus toward the "victory at any cost" ideology of the New Noxus movement.
