Poll description

This poll determines what Shurima's "soft" strength's are. Insight is the core strength of Shurima and and Espionage is Shurima's Weakness. The system benefits is that a strength cannot go below 12 and can go up to 20 as opposed the the normal 15.

The associated champions are champions that have a specific interest in certain areas. They are there for fluff reasons.

Military: The armies of Shurima were once great and so they may be great again. The blood cults and Rakkor especially recommend this option Associated Champions: Pantheon, Renekton

Production: The infrastructure of Shurima has long fallen to dust, but much of its architecture remains. The desert can be reclaimed and Shurima may expand to it's rightful place. Associated Champions: Skarner, Leona

Commerce: Even now, Shurima is a pivotal trade point in Valoran. There are also the many treasures of the past still buried in the sands. Shurima may once again become the richest of all nations. Associated Champions: Sivir

Politics: Shurima is the foremost nation is the world, so it is best that the other nations of Ruenterra listen to the glory that is Shurima. We will demonstrate our superiority through our conduct and excellence. Associated Champions: Azir, Nasus

This is the voting preference matrix, reporting maximal valid proportional preferences. Fractional digits indicate nonproportional preferences, which help break ties in proportional preference.
